These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the haluguard service ("Service") operated by haluguard ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
haluguard is a hosted API that detects potential hallucinations, fabricated facts, marketing hype, and broken code in text produced by large language models. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Use of the Service requires a valid API token, which is issued upon successful payment.
Because the Service is delivered immediately upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours of unplanned downtime in a single billing cycle), contact us for a credit toward the next month.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service detects likely hallucinations using a combination of authoritative data sources, pattern detection, and code analysis. It is not perfect. Findings should be treated as signals for human review, not as definitive truth claims. The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall haluguard be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
